This page summarizes manufacturer warranty coverage for products purchased from TurboGixxer. It does not replace the manufacturer’s current written warranty, product instructions, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. TurboGixxer can help review a claim, but the manufacturer determines whether a product qualifies for repair or replacement. TurboGixxer does not create or extend manufacturer warranty coverage.
Haltech Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, Haltech provides a limited 12-month manufacturer warranty from the original purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship.
Proof of purchase is required. If Haltech confirms that a product has a covered defect, Haltech may repair or replace it according to its current warranty terms.
Damage caused by incorrect product selection, installation, wiring, configuration, misuse, modification, or an unsuitable application may not qualify for coverage.
Review the current Haltech Limited Warranty before purchasing or installing a product because coverage and product-specific requirements may change.
Fuel Injector Clinic Warranty
Fuel Injector Clinic provides a lifetime limited warranty for qualifying high-impedance injector sets purchased by the original owner through an authorized dealer.
The warranty is nontransferable, and the original sales receipt is required. If Fuel Injector Clinic determines that an injector does not meet its manufacturing specifications, it may replace the affected injector with a new or refurbished product that meets those specifications.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover conditions caused by contamination, dirt, corrosion, improper installation, incorrect tuning, misuse, or operation outside the product’s intended application.

Other Manufacturers
Products from other manufacturers are covered only by the warranty provided for that specific product.
Warranty periods, exclusions, and claim procedures vary. Review the manufacturer’s current warranty and product documentation before installation or use.
Installation and Use
The purchaser and installer are responsible for confirming that each product is correct for the vehicle and application.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Follow all manufacturer instructions, wiring diagrams, electrical-safety procedures, configuration requirements, and tuning requirements.
Manufacturer coverage may not apply to damage caused by:
- Incorrect fitment or product selection
- Improper wiring or installation
- Incorrect configuration or calibration
- Contamination, corrosion, or inadequate maintenance
- Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
- Racing or operation outside the intended application
- Damage to another component or the vehicle
Competition and Off-Road Use
Some products are intended only for sanctioned competition or off-road use. They may not be legal for use on public roads or emissions-controlled vehicles.
The purchaser, installer, and vehicle operator are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Confirm legal requirements before purchasing, installing, or using a competition-only product.
High-performance and competition use carry additional mechanical risk. Do not assume that a manufacturer warranty covers damage caused by racing, abuse, incorrect tuning, improper installation, or another condition unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
Request Warranty Assistance
Contact TurboGixxer before returning a product. Email info@turbogixxertuning.com with:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Product name and serial number, when applicable
- A clear description of the problem
- Installation and vehicle details
- Relevant diagnostic information
- Clear photos or videos, when applicable
Do not ship a product until you receive return authorization and the correct return address.
Submitting a warranty request does not guarantee approval. TurboGixxer may help document and forward the claim, but the manufacturer makes the final coverage decision.
Returns and Shipping Damage
Warranty claims are separate from standard returns and shipping claims:
- For an unopened product you no longer want, review our Shipping & Returns policy.
- For a damaged, missing, or incorrect shipment, contact TurboGixxer within three business days of delivery.
