PRIVACY
Privacy policy.
This policy explains what we collect, how inquiry and booking data is used, which service providers process it, and what stays on your device.

Privacy review required
This operational summary is not legal advice. Retention periods, consumer-request procedures, and jurisdiction-specific notices require qualified privacy review before launch.
What we collect.
When you contact or book with us, we collect the information you submit. That can include your name, contact details, vehicle and build information, goals, datalog or file links, requested service, and appointment selection. Booking also creates request, slot-hold, payment-status, and confirmed appointment records. Calendar synchronization records are created only when that optional feature is enabled.
Inquiries.
Contact inquiries are sent to TurboGixxer by email when online sending is available. If it is unavailable, the site prepares a pre-filled draft in your own mail app. Sending an inquiry does not create a public account or marketing profile.
Booking and payments.
When online booking is enabled, your contact, vehicle, service, and appointment details are stored in TurboGixxer's AWS-hosted booking database to determine custom availability, place temporary holds, and save confirmed appointments. Stripe processes the $200 deposit, and TurboGixxer does not receive your full card number. A signed Stripe payment notice must match the stored booking before the appointment is confirmed. Google Calendar may receive confirmed appointment details for an optional calendar event or invitation. It does not determine availability or booking confirmation. Stripe and Google process information under their own privacy terms.
What stays in your browser.
Your light/dark theme preference and cart record are saved in your browser's local storage. This lets the site remember those choices on your device. A canceled product checkout leaves the cart there so you can review or retry it; verified fulfillment removes only the purchased items.
Product orders.
Product checkout records include an order identifier, immutable line-item and price snapshots, submitted custom-build details, policy acceptance, reservation and payment state, and fulfillment notifications. Stripe collects the guest's email, phone number, and U.S. shipping address. TurboGixxer stores the shipping details needed to fulfill the order but the signed guest status page displays only city, state, and country. Full card details remain with Stripe.
Protected staff commands record operator, reason, time, and state-transition audit data. Routine list and inspection output masks customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and complete shipping addresses.
How we use and share information.
We use your information to reply, prepare quotes, schedule appointments, process deposits, and deliver services. We share it only with providers needed to operate the site and fulfill your request, such as hosting, email, payment, storage, and calendar providers. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party marketing.
Technical logs.
The infrastructure that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs, such as request times, network addresses, and error records, for security and reliability. TurboGixxer does not run its own advertising trackers or analytics on this site. Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technology when you interact with them.
Retention and removal.
We keep inquiry, booking, payment-status, and service records for follow-up, business operations, fraud prevention, and legal or tax requirements. If you want to know what we have on file or request deletion, email us. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Changes to this policy.
If how we handle information changes, we'll update this page and move the date at the top.
