Information we collect
When you contact us, request a quote, book a service, or place an order, we may collect:

- Vehicle, engine, modification, and build information
- Your service request, goals, and appointment preferences
- Datalogs, photos, documents, or file links you provide
- Payment, shipping, order, and booking information
We collect only the information needed to respond to your request, provide our services, process payments, and fulfill orders.
Contact and quote requests
We use information submitted through our contact forms to review your request and respond to you.
If online form delivery is unavailable, our website may prepare a draft message in your email application for you to review and send. Sending an inquiry does not create a public account or marketing profile.
Booking and payments
When online booking is available, we may store your contact, vehicle, service, and appointment information in our booking system. We use this information to check availability, hold appointment times, process deposits, and confirm bookings.
Stripe processes the $200 booking deposit. We do not receive or store your complete card number. We verify payment before confirming an appointment.
When enabled, we may add confirmed appointment details to Google Calendar for a calendar event or invitation. Google Calendar does not determine appointment availability or booking status. Stripe and Google handle information according to their own privacy policies.
Information stored in your browser
Your theme preference and shopping cart may be saved in your browser's local storage so our website can remember them on your device.
If you cancel checkout, your cart may remain available so you can review or retry the purchase. After a verified purchase, the purchased items may be removed from your cart.
Product orders
When you place an order, we may retain information such as:
- The products, prices, and options selected
- Custom-build and vehicle-fitment details
- Your acceptance of applicable store policies
- Payment, reservation, shipping, and fulfillment status
- Order-related communications and notifications
Stripe may collect your email address, phone number, and U.S. shipping address during checkout. We store the information needed to process and fulfill your order. Complete payment-card details remain with Stripe.
We may also keep limited administrative records to support security, fraud prevention, order accuracy, and customer service. Our internal tools are designed to limit unnecessary exposure of customer names, contact information, and full shipping addresses.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Process deposits and product purchases
- Provide tuning, wiring, and related services
- Fulfill and ship orders
- Send service, payment, and order updates
- Maintain security and prevent fraud

How we share information
We share information only with service providers needed to operate our website and fulfill your request. These may include hosting, email, payment, storage, shipping, and calendar providers.
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Technical logs and cookies
Our hosting and security providers may collect standard technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, browser or device information, and error logs. This information helps us maintain security, diagnose problems, and keep our website reliable.
We do not currently use our own advertising trackers or behavioral advertising analytics. Third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with them, subject to their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiry, booking, order, payment, and service records as needed for customer support, business operations, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
To ask what information we have about you or request correction or deletion, contact us by email. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, security, warranty, or dispute-resolution purposes.
