Shipping & Returns.

Order confirmation

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. For products with tracked inventory, available stock may be held for up to 30 minutes after you begin checkout.

Your order is confirmed only after payment is completed and you receive an order-confirmation email. A checkout redirect or pending payment does not confirm your order.

Shipping and processing

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Custom harnesses, terminated assemblies, and other fabricated products require additional build time and enter production after payment is confirmed.

Available shipping methods and rates are shown during checkout. Rates and promotions for the contiguous United States may not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. These orders may require a separate shipping quote before they can be accepted.

Cancellations

In-stock orders may be cancelled before shipment. Custom orders may be cancelled before fabrication begins.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Contact TurboGixxer for authorization before sending anything back.

We can accept returns only for products purchased directly from TurboGixxer. Products purchased through another seller must be returned through that seller.

Eligible products must be:

• Unopened and uninstalled
• Complete and undamaged
• In their original packaging
• New and resalable
• Returned with all included hardware, instructions, and accessories
• Accompanied by the original flow-data sheet when returning an injector set

Automotive parts are considered installed once they have been mounted, connected, plugged in, or otherwise fitted to a vehicle. Products showing installation marks, tool marks, damaged packaging, or other signs of use may not qualify for return.

Customers are responsible for eligible return-shipping costs. TurboGixxer does not charge a standard restocking fee. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we sent the wrong product or it arrived damaged or defective.

Final-sale products

The following products are final sale unless they were shipped incorrectly or confirmed to be damaged or defective:

• Custom harnesses, terminated assemblies, and other customer-specified products once fabrication begins
• Opened, connected, or installed injectors, electronics, sensors, and ECUs
• Products marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” before purchase

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, engine, build, and fitment information unless TurboGixxer confirms compatibility in writing.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. Please contact us within three business days if the shipment is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Prompt notice helps us document the issue and submit a carrier claim when necessary.

Keep the product, original packaging, shipping labels, and all included contents. Clear photos may be required. Do not install a visibly damaged or incorrect product.

For defects discovered after delivery, refer to our Warranty page for coverage and claim instructions.

Request a return

Email info@turbogixxertuning.com with:

• Your order number
• The product you want to return
• The reason for the request
• Relevant photos, when applicable

If the return is approved, we will provide authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Use a tracked and adequately insured shipping method. You are responsible for the package until it is delivered to TurboGixxer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and accepted.

Allow approximately five to seven business days for the credit to appear after the refund is issued. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Do not email payment-card information or ship a return before receiving authorization.
