TERMS
Terms of service.
These terms cover how booking, pricing, and our services work when you do business with TurboGixxer.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Legal and tax review required
These proposed terms are not legal or tax advice. Product checkout must remain paused until the business owner approves the operating terms and qualified professionals confirm the tax and legal position.
Who we are.
TurboGixxer provides EFI tuning, wiring, track support, and Haltech support. These terms cover the services described on this site, including dyno tuning, remote tuning, wiring and harness work, and track support. By booking a service, paying a deposit, or placing a product order, you acknowledge the terms below.
Services.
Dyno tuning is handled in the shop. Remote tuning is available for vehicles that can provide supported ECU access and clean logs. We handle wiring and harness work, support customers at the track, and review Haltech fitment as an authorized dealer.
Booking, deposits, and cancellations.
Live availability comes from our booking database. Choosing a date and time on the booking form does not reserve it by itself; starting Stripe Checkout places a temporary hold on that time. Review the service, vehicle, contact, appointment, and deposit details before payment. The appointment is confirmed only after Stripe's signed payment notice is matched to and saved in our booking system. Email messages, calendar downloads, and optional calendar invitations are conveniences and do not control availability or confirmation. The $200 booking deposit is non-refundable and is credited against the final balance for the service performed. It is not a fixed quote: the remaining amount depends on the actual service, parts or add-ons, vehicle condition, and any work approved with the customer. If you cannot make the appointment, use the contact information provided after payment to ask about rescheduling. If you do not arrive, or arrive one hour late or more without contacting TurboGixxer, you can reschedule. In every reschedule, the existing deposit carries forward and remains non-refundable. If payment succeeds but we cannot confirm the appointment, we will offer another available date or refund the deposit.
Pricing.
Prices shown on this site are service starting points unless a direct written quote says otherwise. Product checkout is currently required to remain paused until a qualified tax professional confirms the business's tax obligations and the implemented collection settings. When checkout is later approved, the cart server confirms current product pricing, counted inventory, shipping, and policy version before Stripe Checkout begins. Stripe configuration by itself is not tax advice and does not determine the business's obligations. Product fitment remains the customer's responsibility unless TurboGixxer confirms it in writing. See the shop policies for shipping, cancellation, return, and custom-built item terms. Manufacturer coverage is summarized on the Warranty page.
Your responsibilities.
Your vehicle needs to be mechanically ready before tuning starts, and the build details you give us need to be accurate. For remote tuning, you're responsible for performing the flashes and logging on your own vehicle, following our instructions.
Performance work risks.
Tuning can push your engine and drivetrain harder than a stock file. We perform every tune with care, but high-performance use carries inherent mechanical risk that no tune can eliminate.
Legal compliance.
Performance tuning may not be legal for on-road use in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming the emissions and road-use requirements that apply to your vehicle. We may decline work that is not lawful.
Private addresses.
The dyno and return addresses are not public site content. Confirmed dyno customers receive appointment details after verified payment. Product return instructions and the correct destination address are provided only after return or warranty authorization.
Limitation of liability.
Proposed limitation language requires legal review before launch. Nothing on this page is intended to waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
Governing law.
The proposed Washington governing-law provision requires legal review before it is relied upon.
